Podium's director is Robin Tyson, who began a career in music with the choir of King’s College Cambridge before performing across Europe, the USA and Asia as a countertenor soloist in concerts and on the opera stage. His solo recordings include those on the award-winning SDG label, which released Sir John Eliot Gardiner's Bach Cantata interpretations recorded in 2000. Robin went on to build up a huge amount of knowledge and experience as a member of The King's Singers, with whom he won a Grammy® Award as performer/producer in 2009 and MIDEM Award in 2010 for best performance on DVD.
Podium Music Ltd provides artist management and PR services, currently managing Edition Peters Artist Management, looking after the bookings and careers of some extremely talented musicians.

As well as his management work, Robin takes part in choral masterclasses, produces CDs and makes compilations, such as the Acoustic World series of discs released by the CORO label, which provides an overview of traditional music from six areas: China, India, Ireland, Persia, Brazil as well as Flamenco. Another recent compilation is The Sixteen's album "Sounds Sublime".
